		<description>The choke should be on (closed) when starting it.  There may also be a primer pump that primes the carburetor with fuel.  Push the primer several (3-5) times and pull the starter... it should start and run a little rough.  Then open the choke until it starts to run smooth.  As it warms up, you can open the choke all the way.</description>
