		<description>Here&#039;s the method that I use, First turn the key to on, turn the choke to full, pump the bulb 3-6 times, then pull the rope or turn on the ignition switch.  

It sounds as if you aren&#039;t turning the choke off.  After the motor warms up you can turn the choke completely off.</description>
