What is the proper procedure on turning on a TORO snow blower?

i kind of know but since we bought it used i dont know. i use it for like 10 minutes and it shuts off.

    Here’s the method that I use, First turn the key to on, turn the choke to full, pump the bulb 3-6 times, then pull the rope or turn on the ignition switch.

    It sounds as if you aren’t turning the choke off. After the motor warms up you can turn the choke completely off.
