here is the problem The shear pin did its job. It can not be driven out because the pin is now off set. thus you are driving it against the inner shaft without it being lines up. look for marks on the shaft and driven mechanism, align and gentle begin to pat with a hardened drift. exercise care. Drill a hole in the center of it and then take a tap and hammer it into it and yank it out.
