snow blower impeller turns but auger doesn’t?
The pin is okay.
The belt is sorta loose? The inside auger spins, but the big one doesn't.
Is it the gear box? Thanks.

Why do you think the pin is ok? Is it because you can still see the pin? The pin is probably sheared, but is still visible. If you can turn the inside auger, the pin is sheared and has to be replaced.
I have seen this many times on our snowblowers at work.
