If you haven't used it for quite a while, the blue smoke will probably burn off in a few minutes. If you have used it recently, a little oil may have leaked into the cylinder when you tipped it. Make sure to turn the choke off after it runs for a short time (about 1/2 minute or so) as this could cause the engine to run too rich, making blue smoke. Good luck!
