I am guessing you havent started it in a while try cleaning the spark plug…Oil has settled and fouled plug also if it old gas drain and refill..

blue smoke usually means burning oil………..take out the plug and replacing it or cleaning it with gas. it's probably fouled out.

Make sure you have fresh gas in it. If you haven't used it for quite a while, the blue smoke will probably burn off in a few minutes. If you have used it recently, a little oil may have leaked into the cylinder when you tipped it. Make sure to turn the choke off after it runs for a short time (about 1/2 minute or so) as this could cause the engine to run too rich, making blue smoke. Good luck!
