The heat from the engine would likely melt the snow before it could be thrown out the side. At best it would probably slush up and build up until it couldn't push anymore out. A mower, snow blower & a lawn vacuum. It was knuckle driven & the snow blower would handle upto 5-6 inches. For each season you just had to switch over to the next unit.
