Internal combustion engines need 3 things to operate. Fuel Air Spark If you have checked and remedied the fuel and spark then it is an airflow problem. I have never seen a snow blower as we don't need them in Texas but I have seen plenty of engines. Will it crank and just not run or will it not crank?

I am assuming it is 4 cycle seeing as you have changed the oil. There are so many things that will cause a no start situation. Some engine specific and others general.
