Jimmbobb has it right. Get a can of Carb cleaner….take off the bowl on bottom of carb…clean it out good….the small jet that hangs down will also need cleaning. Spray it off as well as using the small tubing to spray some up into jet area…because more than likely that is where your problem is. If you have air compressor…blow it all out real good to dislodge anything that might still be there after you have used cleaner.
. IF all it needs is cleaning, go to the auto store and buy the spray-on carb cleaner. While you’re there, ask for info from the store clerk. SOME of them are pretty smart.
If it will start at all get a can of Sea Foam and mix with the gas according to the instructions this will clean out the inside without dismantling then you can use the carb cleaner on the outside.
Both of these products can be purchased at any auto parts store.

Remove it and soak it in gasoline…
