I am having trouble keeping toro snowblower running?
put into choke and prime but doesn't stay running
it suddenly stopped working while I was using it. Prime it and starts with gas that was primed then dies. Has new gas and filter this year. Used it twice already this year, and on third time made three passes down driveway and just quit working. Any new suggestions?
The carburetor is probably gummed up from sitting. Make sure the gas is fresh and the spark plug is clean. Just keep trying to keep it running and when it starts to die hit the primer. This may clean it out,if not you will have to tear the carburetor apart and clean it.

turn the screw at the verey bottom of the carb, all the way in. then bring it out 1 and a half truns. if that dont work you might have to take it to the shop to have the carb drilled out. hope this helps. good luck
The carburetor has crud in the passages. It needs to be taken apart and cleaned. It should be disassembled, soaked in a good carb cleaner and put back together with a rebuild kit.
