How early is too early to be outside using a snow blower in the morning?
He snow blows our driveway at 5:15 in the morning. He need to be able to get out to go to Balley's to exercise. I seriously wish one of our neighbors would call the police.

Who is ‘he’. Is he snow blowing your driveway or the street in front of your driveway. If it’s your driveway it’s your problem. If it’s the street there are many people who have to get out of their driveway very early. So why is this under jokes and riddles?.And if it’s a problem call the police yourselve.
