		<description>It may seem like a strange thought, but it is simple - when you are using a snow blower, you are all bundled, possibly wearing a scarf. Just a good lean down to check something out and before you know it, the scarf is gone and yet it is still wrapped around the neck.</description>

		<description>This isn&#039;t something that happens usually, this is a rare commodity.  However, if someone&#039;s head is stuck in a snow blower, it usually comes from not paying attention or it comes from them trying to fix a mechanical problem and in lue of that they are sticking their head inside of the snow blower to see what exactly is wrong.  It isn&#039;t something I would advise because any body part caught in a snow blower would be painful and could sever a limb.</description>
