How do I repair a snow globe blower? I hear it run but does not blow?

I have a snow globe and I can hear the motor run but it does not blow, any body know hoe to fix it?

I can here it running I think the snow inside may have plugged it up.

    Tap on the snow globe and see if the handyman is asleep.
